Meet Michelle Hatcher


I’m passionate about people, and making them shine. I have always been in the view that everyone deserves a platform to show off their efforts, so it was no wonder I launched The Vintage Eye Magazine way back in 2013 after successfully running our promotions agency, TVG Productions since 2006 after a part time career in press journalism. Since then, the clients have got bigger and the work higher profile, so perhaps it was no wonder that I found myself Head of PR to one of the most famous families in the world. 

In addition to my work, I make an effort to stay relevant in the PR field by regularly attending conferences and seminars. I am keen to promote Public Relations to more and more people, so you will find me running my own LIVE courses and events in my spare time. I am passionate that the PR industry should be open to everyone and move away from it's elitist reputation. It's all about giving back to the world the experiences I have learned and share them with the world.


With over 10 years experience in High Profile Public Relations and a reputation in the press as 'the gatekeeper,' It's no wonder that Michelle has worked on some of the biggest, most historic events in the media including the London Olympics and Guinness Book of Records. Yet she is probably best known for her work with the Middletons and Kensington Palace, solely managing the first ever PR campaign for Carole Middleton which went global overnight.

Since then she has worked with CEOs from Wealth Management to Sky Television and Radio Personalities. Her expertise and extraordinary flair for strategic networking has attracted clients from both the UK and the U.S.

Michelle is a former UK news correspondent journalist and has promoted entertainers, performers, musicians and theatrical projects since 2006.

Michelle is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations
